• When you purchase a PAID build, the product becomes available in the "🛒 MY PURCHASES" section of your profile
• You can access your purchased products at any time at: Profile → My Purchases
• The download is available IMMEDIATELY after payment confirmation
• You can download the file as many times as you want, with no expiration date
• ⚠️ DIGITAL PRODUCT: By clicking "BUY", you agree that the product will be delivered immediately. You LOSE the 7-day right of withdrawal after download, in accordance with consumer protection laws for digital goods
• If the file is corrupted, damaged, or doesn't work, contact the seller within 7 days for replacement
• We do not offer refunds after download is completed, unless the seller cannot resolve the corrupted file issue
• We are not responsible for incompatibility with specific Minecraft versions or installed mods

For SELLERS (VIP Creators):

• You declare that you are the ORIGINAL CREATOR of the content you are selling
• Content based on famous characters (Pokémon, Disney, etc.) is allowed as "Fan Art", but you cannot claim ownership of the characters
• You are responsible for providing the correct, working, virus-free file
• Fraud, plagiarism, or selling content that is not yours will result in PERMANENT BAN and possible legal action
• 80% of the sale value goes to you, 20% to the platform (service fee)
• The seller is solely responsible for resolving disputes with buyers about the product

👑 5. VIP Membership

• VIP is a ONE-TIME PAYMENT benefit, not a recurring subscription
• Upon paying $9.99 USD, you receive 30 DAYS of VIP access
• After 30 days, VIP expires automatically and you lose the benefits
• You can renew VIP by making a new payment at any time
• No automatic billing or recurrence - you only pay when you want to renew
• We do not offer refunds for VIP already used, even if you don't use the benefits
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify VIP benefits with 30 days prior notice
• VIP does not grant the right to post ILLEGAL content or content that violates third-party copyrights
• Content that violates copyrights will be removed and VIP will not be refunded

⚠️ 6. Ban and Penalties

The following infractions will result in IMMEDIATE BAN (without prior notice and without refund):

• Plagiarism: Posting content that is not yours (copy from another user)
• Fraud: Selling corrupted, empty, fake, or virus-infected files
• Harassment: Offending, threatening, stalking, or defaming other users
• Illegal Content: Posting pornography, explicit violence, pedophilia, or criminal content (will be reported to authorities)
• Spam: Repeatedly posting the same content to manipulate the system
• Invasion: Attempting to access other users' accounts or exploit security flaws
• Violate DMCA: Repeatedly ignoring copyright removal notifications
• Multiple accounts: Creating fake accounts to evade ban or defraud the system

Consequences of permanent ban: You lose access to your account, all your builds, messages, followers, and any pending balance. Paid VIP will not be refunded. Your email address and IP may be permanently blocked.

📜 7. Intellectual Property

FAN Content (Fan Art): You retain copyright over your original builds (the world code, block arrangement). However, characters like Pikachu, Mario, Mickey Mouse, Sonic, etc., are intellectual property of their respective companies (Nintendo, Disney, Sega, etc.). You cannot claim ownership or exclusive rights over these characters.

Our site only hosts and facilitates sales. The legal responsibility for creating, selling, and distributing fan art is EXCLUSIVELY with the user who posted it. By posting, you declare that your creation is original and does not infringe third-party rights, or qualifies as Fair Use.
