What the DMCA Is

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL or clear identification of the material you want removed.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What Happens Next
- We review the notice and may remove or disable access to the reported content.
- We may notify the user who uploaded the content.
- The user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed by mistake.
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

Many builds on BestSchematics are fan-made Minecraft creations built manually block by block. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or legal basis to upload, share, or sell their content. We do not sell official game, movie, or brand assets, and we remove content upon valid copyright notification.
