1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BestSchematics, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BestSchematics. If your local law requires a higher age, you must meet that requirement. Minor users must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, profile information, uploaded builds, and activity on the site. Do not share your login or attempt to access another user's account.

4. User Content

Users may upload Minecraft builds, screenshots, descriptions, ZIP files, links, tags, and profile content. By uploading content, you confirm that you created it or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Content

• Illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content.
• Adult content, explicit sexual content, or content involving minors in unsafe contexts.
• Viruses, malware, fake downloads, empty files, or harmful files.
• Spam, duplicated uploads, misleading titles, or attempts to manipulate ranking.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

6. Buying and Selling Digital Builds

Paid builds are digital products. When payment is confirmed, buyers can access the purchased product through their profile purchase area. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, safe files, and working downloads.

Because paid builds are delivered digitally, refunds may be limited after download or access, except where required by law or where a file is corrupted and the seller cannot resolve the issue.

7. VIP Membership and Profile Features

VIP access and profile highlight features are optional paid features. They are not recurring subscriptions unless clearly stated at checkout. Benefits may change with notice, but active users will keep access for the paid period.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, ban users, or block payments if a user violates these terms, uploads unsafe files, commits fraud, repeatedly violates DMCA notices, or harms the community.

9. Intellectual Property

BestSchematics does not claim ownership over user-created builds. Users keep their rights to original block arrangements and uploaded content. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility with every Minecraft version, or the accuracy of every user-submitted listing.
